Delhiites woke up to a hot morning on Thursday with the minimum temperature settling at 31.7 degrees celsius, four notches above normal, the India Meteorological Department said. The maximum temperature in the city is likely to settle around 42 degrees Celsius, it said. The relative humidity at 8.30 am was recorded at 43 per cent. The weatherman has also forecast 'heatwave' for the day.
